Newly released plans show that a parking lot for the new CCSD offices may be built on the current West Broad Garden location with the garden being moved and diminished to only 30% of the current size.
Serious concerns are arising around the future of the West Broad Garden due to the Clarke County School District (CCSD) moving its main offices onto the property. Many people believe that CCSD would never have considered the West Broad Elementary location for its office if it wasn’t for the West Broad Garden and Market revitalizing the area.
